I have shopped at cookies in LA and Phoenix and the experience has always been decent but this location in Vegas was horrible. I will not return. The entire experience was terrible. Not what I'm accustomed to in any dispensary. Just go to Reef and skip this place.

Update: This appeared to be an isolated incident. Cookies really took this seriously and made up for it. I was encouraged to give it another shot, so I went back in to grab a couple more items and the budtender I worked with this time was so wonderful.Visiting from out of town. Cookies is the dispo closest to the hotel. Went out there, got a few items including what I thought was a disposable. I brought up a disposable they didn't have, so the budtender said we have these disposables instead... Then shows me several varieties of what were supposed to be disposables. Paid for it and got it back to the hotel, but it was a vape pod that requires a special battery. They made good on it and gave me half price on a battery but it was still way more than I should have had to pay for what I wanted. Considering they don't have the pods that fit in this battery back home. So I walked there again and back, to pay now a total of $80 for battery and pod, of which the battery i won't be able to use again, on top of the other items I bought. Moral of the story, make sure you check what they suggest and question it if it sounds anything unlike what you wanted. However, with all of the technologies out there in these products nowadays, they should absolutely make sure the budtenders understand the products better before making such suggestions.

The budtender Angel, was honest, and he hooked me up, with a high THC preroll, instead of a low one, like other Las Vegas dispensaries. I took their word, on the 'THAT BADU' strain, and their word was good. Best strain I've ever had. It's what I've been looking for.
