From the moment I walked in, I was met with unprofessionalism, particularly from a staff member named Cyani. She was the only person present the moment I walked in as the other employees seemed to be engaged in their own conversation, unbothered by the customers. As far as Cyani, I’ve never encountered such a dismissive and rude attitude in any customer service setting. She seemed completely uninterested in helping me and was incredibly condescending when I asked questions about the products. She mumbled something about how “it wasn’t her job” and it was as if my presence was an inconvenience to her. Instead of offering guidance or recommendations, Cyani brushed off my inquiries with one-word answers and an eye-roll that made it clear she had no desire to assist me. When I asked for clarification on a particular strain, she gave me incorrect information, which I only discovered after purchasing the product. This was not just a case of poor customer service but outright negligence. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my dissatisfaction, Cyani became defensive and even more hostile. It was clear that this dispensary does not prioritize customer satisfaction or basic respect. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

The cookies flower isnt worth it unless its from one of the Cali locations all the locations out side of cali will be A$$ including this one . Ive tried just about every cookie location. We heard so many great things, and I still believe it. Unfortunately, when we got there, they were out of gummies, OUT! Like NONE available, lol. The staff was friendly but we left with not what we went there for maybe next time.
