You can’t smoke cannabis inside Las Vegas dispensaries, but you can enjoy it at licensed cannabis lounges made just for that. Just keep in mind, using cannabis in public, like on the Strip or other public spots, is still illegal and could get you fined.
In Nevada, you’re free to visit as many dispensaries as you want in a day, but don’t forget—you still have to stick to the legal daily limits. That means up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower or 0.25 ounces of THC concentrate for recreational use. Dispensaries track your purchases electronically, so no matter how many stops you make, you won’t be able to go over the limit.
